Had a blast in Iloilo yesterday. I really enjoyed shopping and looking around with John. We only had time to go to the SM Malls there but it’s ok. I went there primarily for Watson’s anyway. Hope to go back there soon, stay overnight there this time.

Went to work without taking my asthma meds today. I ran out. Woke up with asthma unbidden. Feel like I’m drowning. Trying to resist the urge to hyperventilate. Don’t wanna crumple to the floor unconscious all of a sudden. Don’t wanna think about trying to last the whole day like this. My heart beat is normal, but I know my oxygen is running low. My nose is stuffed and my chest feels like I’m carrying a backpack strapped over it.
God, I wish I can make it today.
